He might appear grumpy but deep down he is actually a loving one. Jumped right on my lap after petting and tickling his chin. Never judge a cat by its facial expression (even tho ur instinct is correct most of the time) LOL
He takes his job seriously. Such a piece of art, changing a block of wood .. grinding, scrubbing, polishing.. to a beautiful wooden pen! Money well-spent !
Water wheel, and a huge Osmanthus fragrans tree that has been kept by the Yazaki Family for many generations. It blooms from mid Sept - early Oct.
and Koi-iwa (Carp rock) Used to look like a Carp but damaged during the earth quake in 1891.
